Private Inquiry before acceptance · 14-day sacred-inner immersion in Germany
A sacred threshold for a truer life
A quiet, selective place for mature adults at a life threshold; format, method, and self-qualification each have their own page.
A rare field for a serious inner threshold
Small, sacred, and held with clear authority.
ALMAE is not built for many people at once. It is deliberately small, quiet, and selective, because sacred inner work needs more than inspiration. It needs a protected rhythm, clear limits, beautiful surroundings, truthful language, and a guide who does not take authority away from the person who comes.
Manuel holds the ALMAE frame with seriousness and discretion. His task is not to promise an outcome, diagnose a person, impose a belief, or decide a life. His task is to protect a field in which truth, responsibility, nature, prayerful attention, and mature freedom can be met without spectacle.
The Donnersberg landscape matters because it quiets the noise around a person. Forest, stone, light, distance, and the dignity of a simple place can help attention return to what is essential. Nature is honoured here as God’s creation — not as a cure, not as a technique, and not as a guarantee.
For the right person, ALMAE can feel like a threshold: not a retreat from life, but a more honest return to it. That is why the first step remains private, minimal, and unhurried.
If ALMAE may belong to this season of your life, let the public pages clarify the field first. Then cross the threshold quietly with a brief, non-sensitive private inquiry.
No therapy, no crisis care, no promised result.
Reverence, responsibility, and freedom of belief.
Written terms before any programme payment.
Not an escape from life
For a mature point of inner reorientation.
ALMAE joins a protected group space with the natural and energetic field of the Donnersberg. Light, forest, stone, and distance form the outer setting of the days. The work addresses the whole person: body, mind, and soul. Its value lies in a rare combination: small scale, solemn clarity, beautiful surroundings, honest limits, and personal responsibility. Manuel holds the group space; each person remains free and responsible for their own life.
The current public first-contact route is a brief, non-sensitive private email; there is no public form. Read Eligibility for fit, limits, and responsibility before writing. The first step is not a transaction: ALMAE may decline, ask one clarifying question, or offer a private fit conversation.
This may be worth exploring if you…
- are psychologically stable and self-responsible;
- are at a genuine life passage rather than looking for an urgent answer;
- can join a bounded group process and respect privacy, rhythm, and agreements;
- are willing to carry useful insight into relationships, work, choices, and ordinary life.
This is not the right setting if you…
- are in acute crisis or need urgent clinical, emergency, addiction, safeguarding, or other professional support;
- need treatment, continuous individual support, or a setting other than a bounded small group;
- want certainty, rescue, a promised result, or another person to decide your life direction;
The way before, within, and after the 14 days
A held passage with a clear beginning and conscious return.
The ALMAE Way gives orientation without forcing anyone into a foreign scheme. Preparation, fourteen shared days, and return belong together; exact practices, times, and terms are explained in writing only after a private acceptance process.

Accompaniment with clear limits
Manuel holds the field personally; the participant keeps authority over life.
ALMAE is held by ALMAE Heilarbeitsinstitut GmbH. Manuel Frey is the founder, managing director, and guide of the ALMAE path. A yoga teacher may hold thematically fitting, body-oriented yoga units within the path; these are not medical, therapeutic, or healing services. The group has two to seven participants and remains a group format without individual 1:1 support.
Manuel holds the rhythm, offers questions, and accompanies the shared work with discretion, seriousness, and clear boundaries. His role is not to become an authority over another person, but to protect the ALMAE frame so truthfulness, responsibility, nature, prayerful seriousness, and mature freedom can be met. He does not diagnose, prescribe, impose belief, or take authority over a participant’s health, relationships, finances, work, faith, or major choices. Support outside announced sessions is not part of the offer.
Current roles, session boundaries, conduct, confidentiality, departure terms, and communication channels must be stated in writing before payment.
Hospitality and landscape
Parkhotel Schillerhain and the Celtic Donnersberg.
ALMAE is held in the setting of Parkhotel Schillerhain in Kirchheimbolanden, Germany, around one hour from Frankfurt Airport, and in the wider landscape of the Celtic Donnersberg. Nature is honoured here as God’s creation, a place of attention and quiet gathering—not as a cure or a promised effect. Accommodation, meals, and travel are arranged and paid separately; they are not included in the ALMAE programme fee and are not sold through a public ALMAE booking or checkout page.

Sacred inner work held with humility and freedom.
ALMAE makes room for honest attention, responsibility, freedom of belief, and reverence for what cannot be controlled. Grace is received rather than produced or claimed, and each participant remains free before any interpretation. No healing or other outcome is promised.
The participant keeps authority over belief, boundaries, health, major decisions, and the way anything learned is carried into ordinary life.

What is ALMAE?
ALMAE is a selective fourteen-day sacred-inner immersion in Germany: a bounded group process for psychologically stable, self-responsible adults at a genuine point of reorientation.
How should I understand ALMAE’s sacred-inner language?
ALMAE describes its orientation as sacred-inner work within the ALMAE Way. This is neither generic wellness nor a promise of transformation. References to wholeness, energy, nature, God, or healing express a spiritual orientation; they do not describe autonomous powers, clinical effects, or promised outcomes.
Who should not come to ALMAE?
ALMAE is not the right setting for someone in an acute psychological crisis, active addiction, untreated severe trauma instability, medical emergency, or a situation that requires therapy, psychiatric care, detox, clinical supervision or urgent support. It is also not appropriate for someone looking for a public booking path, a promised result, a diagnosis, or someone else to take responsibility for their life decisions. When in doubt, the first step is not to send sensitive details publicly, but to ask whether a private fit review is appropriate.
How large is the group?
The cohort has two to seven participants. Even with a very small cohort, the offer remains the ALMAE group format. Individual 1:1 support is not included or promised.
Why is there a personal review?
The immersion is selective because timing, readiness, expectations, and group fit matter. A personal review supports a responsible fit decision and protects the integrity of the ALMAE setting. It is not a clinical assessment and does not replace independent medical or psychological advice.
Does interest lead automatically to acceptance?
No. Interest, correspondence, a future request, or willingness to pay would not create acceptance. A mature no, a pause, or a suggestion to choose another setting can be the responsible outcome.
When is payment requested?
Payment is requested only after personal review, explicit acceptance, and written terms. Accepted participants receive documents and an invoice or manual payment instructions directly from ALMAE. There is no public checkout, no payment link, no automatic confirmation, and no payment step before fit has been decided.
Where does the immersion take place?
The public location context is Parkhotel Schillerhain in Kirchheimbolanden, Germany, near the Donnersberg region and about one hour from Frankfurt Airport. The landscape matters as a quiet setting of forest, stone, open air, and cultural memory; it is honoured as creation, not presented as a cure or promised effect. Hotel, meals, and travel remain separate and are not booked through this website.
